Blueberry Gin Sour - Gin Cocktail
Ingredients
- 50ml of Greenall's Blueberry Gin
- Lemon juice
- Simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 lemon slice and a few blueberries
Method

- Mix 50ml of Greenall's Blueberry Gin with the juice of 1 lemon
- Add a touch of simple syrup
- Whisk the egg white until foamy and pour it into the glass for that frothy texture
- Pour the mixture into a glass over some ice and stir
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a few blueberries
