Ingredients
- 50ml of Greenall's Blueberry Gin
- 1 lemon
- Simple syrup
- Soda water
- Blueberries and a sprig of mint
Method

- Add 50ml of Greenall's Blueberry Gin to a Highball glass over ice
- Mix in the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon
- Add a splash of simple syrup
- Top up the mixture with soda water
- Garnish with a handful of blueberries and a sprig of mint
