2 Lime Wedges

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

12.5ml Sugar Syrup

50ml Greenall’s London Dry Gin

5 Drops of Tabasco Sauce

5 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

1 Pinch of Salt

1 Grind of White Pepper

1 Squeeze of Lemon Juice

150ml Red Pepper Juice

Slices of Green Pepper

Method

Mix the first 6 ingredients together until well combined.
