OUR STORY
THE ORIGINAL LONDON DRY GIN SINCE 1761
Greenall’s
consists of a blend of 8 of the finest botanicals sourced from around
the world from Tuscan juniper, to delicate Moroccan coriander and zesty
Spanish lemons. A classic British gin using natural flavours makes
Greenall’s a perfect choice for all gin lovers.
HERITAGE
THE HISTORY OF GREENALL'S
Hand
crafted by England’s Oldest Gin Distillery; Greenall’s Gin remains true
to our founder’s vision to create a quality crafted gin. Greenall’s
remains unchanged from the original recipe and closely guarded by just
seven master distillers in our 260-year history.
3. THE HEARTS
Only the ‘heart’ of the distillate is chosen to create our gin. Any
residual liquids (the ‘heads’ and the ‘tails’) which are created at the
start and the end of the process are discarded.

- Begin by adding fresh basil leaves to the base of a cocktail shaker, gently muddling them to release their aromatic oils.
- Next, pour in Greenall’s London Dry Gin along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Shake the mixture vigorously over ice to ensure a well-blended and chilled cocktail.
- Strain the concoction into a tumbler glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with a basil leaf.
- Mix the first 6 ingredients together until well combined.
- Incorporate 150ml of red pepper juice into the mixture.
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until perfectly chilled.
- Strain the concoction over cubed ice in a large highball glass.
- Finish by garnishing with slices of fresh green pepper for an enticing presentation.
- Fill a tall glass generously with ice cubes for optimal chilling.
- Squeeze the juice from one of the lime wedges directly into the glass, infusing a burst of citrus flavour.
- Pour Greenall’s London Dry Gin into the glass, then gently top it up with premium tonic water for a refreshing blend.
- Complete the presentation by garnishing the drink with the remaining lime wedge, enhancing both the visual appeal and the tangy essence of the cocktail.
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker (keep the herbs intact on the stem; there's no need to strip them, as the woody parts will remain in the shaker).
- Strain the mixture over cubed ice in a large tumbler.
- Garnish the drink with sprigs of mint, thyme, and rosemary for added aroma and visual appeal.
- Pour 50ml Greenall’s London Dry Gin into a glass.
- Add 10ml of pink grapefruit juice and a handful of sliced strawberries.
- Fill the glass with ice and top it up with pink lemonade.
- Gently stir the ingredients to combine flavourrs.
- "Wake up" a rosemary sprig by gently slapping it, then use it to garnish the drink along with additional strawberry slices and a few cracks of black pepper.
