50ml Greenall’s London Dry Gin
5 Drops of Tabasco Sauce
5 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Grind of White Pepper
1 Squeeze of Lemon Juice
150ml Red Pepper Juice
Slices of Green Pepper
Method
- Mix the first 6 ingredients together until well combined.
- Incorporate 150ml of red pepper juice into the mixture.
- Stir all the ingredients with ice until perfectly chilled.
- Strain the concoction over cubed ice in a large highball glass.
- Finish by garnishing with slices of fresh green pepper for an enticing presentation.
