25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Cranberry Juice
15ml Vanilla Syrup
1 Table Spoon Cranberry Curd

Method
  • Place all ingredients except for the raspberries into a shaker.
  • Vigorously shake the mixture for a few minutes to ensure thorough blending and chilling.
  • Strain the shaken mixture into a glass.
  • Garnish the cocktail with raspberries for a delightful visual and flavour contrast.
