50ml BLOOM Raspberry & Rose Gin
15ml Raspberry Syrup (Water, White Sugar, Raspberries)
15ml Lime Juice
1 Egg White

Method
- Prepare the raspberry syrup by heating 2/3 cup of water, 2/3 cup of white sugar, and 1 cup of raspberries in a saucepan until simmering, then allow to cool and strain.
- In a shaker with ice, combine 50ml of BLOOM Raspberry & Rose Gin, 15ml of raspberry syrup, 15ml of lime juice, and 1 egg white.
- Shake the mixture vigorously to incorporate all ingredients and create a frothy texture.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass, ensuring no ice or pulp remains.
- Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing aroma and visual appeal.
