35ml Greenall’s Wild Berry Pink Gin
15ml Elderflower Liqueur
5ml of Sugar Syrup
Sicilian Lemonade
Sprig of Rosemary
  • Begin by preparing sugar syrup by mixing equal parts of sugar and hot water until fully dissolved and the mixture becomes clear.
  • Add Greenall’s Wild Berry Pink Gin to a glass.
  • Follow by adding the elderflower liqueur.
  • Fill the glass with ice and top it up with Sicilian lemonade.
  • Gently slap a rosemary sprig to awaken its aroma, then use it as a garnish.
