10ml Tom of Finland Vodka

10ml Fair Goji

1 Sugar Cube

Orange Bitters

Cranberry Bitters

Sparkling Wine

Method

Place a sugar cube at the bottom of a Champagne glass.
Pour in 10ml Tom of Finland Vodka and 10ml Fair Goji.
Add a dash of orange bitters and cranberry bitters.
Top up the glass with sparkling wine.
Stir gently to dissolve the sugar cube.
Garnish with fresh cranberries.
