50ml BLOOM London Dry Gin
30g Golden Caster Sugar

Method
  • Prepare the salted caramel by heating 30g of golden caster sugar and 20ml of water together until dissolved, then add sea salt flakes and allow to cool.
  • In a shaker filled with ice, combine the syrup, egg white, fresh orange juice, and bitters.
  • Shake the mixture vigorously to blend flavours and chill.
  • Strain the cocktail into a rounded martini glass for a sophisticated presentation.
  • Garnish your drink with a dehydrated orange slice and a sprinkle of grated nutmeg for an enticing aroma and visual appeal.
