45ml BLOOM London Dry Gin
20ml Rose Liqueur
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Hibiscus Syrup
35ml English Breakfast Tea

Method
- Brew the tea by pouring 35ml of boiling water over it and allowing it to stand for 3 minutes to infuse.
- Once brewed, combine the tea with all other ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake the mixture vigorously to blend flavours and chill.
- Strain the prepared cocktail into a rocks glass.
- Garnish the drink with fresh strawberries to enhance its presentation and add a fruity touch.
