Rose Tinted Glasses
50ml BLOOM Raspberry & Rose Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
50ml Cranberry Juice
50ml Chilled Earl Grey Tea
20ml Sugar Syrup

  • Begin by preparing the sugar syrup. To make the syrup, stir together 2 parts caster sugar with 1 part hot water until fully dissolved.
  • Add 3 raspberries into the shaker and muddle them gently.
  • Into the same shaker, add all remaining ingredients: 50ml BLOOM Raspberry & Rose Gin, 15ml lemon juice, 50ml cranberry juice, 50ml chilled Earl Grey tea, and 20ml sugar syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice to the top.
  • Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled.
  • Strain the contents into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish the drink with a lemon wheel and a few raspberries.
