50ml BLOOM Raspberry & Rose Gin
15ml Sweet Vermouth
50ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
20ml Honey Water
Punnet of Raspberries
1 Grapefruit Peel
Method
- Prepare honey water by stirring 3 parts honey with 1 part hot water until fully dissolved.
- In a shaker, muddle 4 raspberries to release their flavour.
- Add all remaining ingredients into the shaker, along with ice.
- Shake the mixture vigorously, then strain it into a glass.
- Garnish the cocktail with a twist of grapefruit peel and a few additional raspberries for an enticing presentation.
