50ml Greenall’s London Dry Gin
1 Sprig of Rosemary
3 Sprigs of Thyme
5 Mint Leaves
20ml Simple Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
Method
  • Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker (keep the herbs intact on the stem; there's no need to strip them, as the woody parts will remain in the shaker).
  • Strain the mixture over cubed ice in a large tumbler.
  • Garnish the drink with sprigs of mint, thyme, and rosemary for added aroma and visual appeal.
