Thomas Dakin's Story

Thomas Dakin Gin Story 1/1

Thomas Dakin was a young entrepreneur who, at the age of 25, began distilling his gin in the north of England. In 1761, he pioneered the development and refinement of high quality English gin, before anyone else. His inventive and enlightened outlook created a superior quality spirit and an unrivalled gin distilling heritage and legacy which continues today.

Whilst the recipe is a closely guarded secret, our Master Distiller selects a total of 11 botanicals which include: juniper, English coriander seeds, orange zest, grapefruit, cubebs, liquorice root, angelica, red cole.
