30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 Orange Peel
Method
  • Stir all the ingredients together with ice.
  • Double strain into an ice-filled tumbler.
  • Grind some pepper on top of the foam.
  • Garnish with an orange peel.
