50ml Flame of Passion Pink Gin
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Grenadine Syrup
3 Dashes Cherry Bitters
4 Dashes Fee Foam or 1 Egg White
15ml Cream
1 Amarena Cherry
Method
  • Dry shake all the ingredients together first.
  • Add lots of ice and shake again.
  • Double strain into a Coupette or Martini glass.
  • Garnish with an Amarena cherry.
