40ml Feeney’s Irish Cream Liqueur
10ml Cointreau
2 Maraschino Cherries
1 Orange Peel
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Muddle the ingredients in a rocks glass, infusing their flavours, before gently incorporating cubed ice.
  • Stir gently until well chilled.
  • Express the oils from a strip of orange peel over the drink by twisting it over the glass, releasing its aromatics. Then, drop the peel into the drink.
  • Skewer the two Maraschino cherries onto a cocktail pick or stick and lay it across the rim of the glass for a sophisticated garnish.
