Gin Colada
50ml Greenall’s Pineapple Gin
75ml Pineapple Juice
50ml Coconut Cream
1 Table Spoon of Lime Juice
Frozen Pineapple Chunks
Toasted Coconut
1 Sprig of Mint Leaves
  • Combine all of the Gin Colada ingredients (except for the ice cubes) in a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is fully combined and smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes to the blender and pulse a few times until the ice cubes are crushed and the texture is slushy.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a glass.
  • Add a few pieces of frozen pineapple.
  • Sprinkle toasted coconut over the top for an added tropical touch.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves.
