350ml Greenallʼs Tropical Fruits Gin
150ml Honey Water
100ml Lime Juice
Soda Water
Fresh Mint Leaves
Slices of Orange
Slices of Lime
Method
  • Start by preparing honey water. Mix equal parts of honey and hot water until fully dissolved.
  • Add Greenallʼs Tropical Fruits Gin to a pitcher, followed by lime juice and the prepared honey water.
  • Before adding, gently slap mint leaves to "wake them up" and release their aroma.
  • Fill the pitcher with plenty of ice to chill the mixture.
  • Top the pitcher with soda for a refreshing effervescence.
  • Enhance the summery vibe by adding additional slices of fruit.
  • Stir gently to incorporate all ingredients.
