- 50ml Dubliner Whiskey & Honeycomb Liqueur
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml 1:1 Simple Syrup
- 50ml Pale Ale or IPA
- 1 Dash Angostura bitters
- 1 Sprig of Rosemary
Add the rosemary sprig to your cocktail shaker and gently bruise or muddle to release the oils.
- Add all the rest of the ingredients except the beer and shake with ice until chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass and top up with the beer.
- Stir gently & garnish with a lemon zest or rosemary sprig.
