Magic in Monto - Liquor Cocktail
Ingredients
- 25ml Dubliner Irish Whiskey & Honeycomb Liqueur
- 25ml Aperol
- 25ml Pineapple Juice
- 5ml 1:1 Simple Syrup
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 50ml Sparkling Wine
Method

Add all ingredients except the bubbles to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain over fresh ice in a wine glass.
- Top with sparkling wine and stir gently to mix.
- Garnish with lime wheels.
