- 50ml Dubliner Irish Whiskey
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Demerara sugar syrup 2:1
- 1 Dash Angostura bitters
- Mint Leaf Garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker until chilled.
- Fine strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a mint lightly leaf. (Gently slap the mint leaf first to release the oils and aromas).
