Opihr turkish coffee - Gin Cocktail

Ingredients
- 25ml Opihr Spices of the Orient Gin
- 35ml Cumin espresso*
- 35ml Creme de banana
- 7.5ml Sugar syrup
Method

Shake down and double strain.
- Serve in a small cocktail glass.

- *CUMIN ESPRESSO
- 2.5g Cumin powder
- 12 table spoons instant coffee (e.g Nespresso Intenso).
- 500ml hot water
- Combine the ingredients in a jug and stir until thoroughly mixed.
