- 30ml Opihr Spices of the Orient Gin
- 20ml White vermouth infused with Assam*
- 4 Dashes aromatic bitters
- 5ml Sugar syrup
- Serve over ice in rocks glass.
Garnish with cubeb berries.
- *ASSAM INFUSION
- 3 tsp Assam loose leaf tea
- 1 bottle white vermouth
- Combine the ingredients and infuse for 1 hour. Strain.
