Herb Garden - Gin Cocktail
Ingredients
- 50ml Greenall’s The Original
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 3 thyme sprigs
- 5 mint leaves
- 20ml simple syrup
- 20ml lemon juice
Method

Shake all ingredients with ice, and strain over cubed ice in a large tumbler, there is no need to strip the herbs from the stem, as the woody parts will remain in the shaker.
- Garnish with sprigs of mint, thyme and rosemary.
