- 50ml Greenall's Apple & Hibiscus Liqueur
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- Soda water
- Mint garnish
Method

Add Apple & Hibiscus liqueur into a glass followed by lemon juice.
- Fill with ice and top with soda water.
- Stir well.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
