- 50ml BLOOM Raspberry and Rose Gin
- 10ml Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Soda Water
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 4 Raspberries
Muddle raspberries and mint and mix with the syrup.
- Add all other ingredients and half fill glass with crushed ice.
- Swizzle thoroughly then top with crushed ice.
