Passionfruit Martini - Gin Cocktail
Ingredients
- 35ml BLOOM Passionfruit & Vanilla Blossom Gin
- 10ml Teisseire Passionfruit Syrup
- 10ml Sweet Freedom Fruit Syrup
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 5ml Lemon Juice
- 50ml Prosecco
- 1.5 Passion fruits
Method
-
Scoop out one passion fruit and add all other ingredients apart from the prosecco.
- Shake hard and strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with half a passionfruit floating on drink.
- Serve Prosecco on the side.
