Lady Marmalade - Gin Cocktail
Ingredients
- 50ml BLOOM Passionfruit & Vanilla Blossom
- 1 Teaspoon of Orange Marmalade
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Elderflower Cordial
- 30ml Pressed Apple Juice
- 20ml Egg Whites
- 15ml Passionfruit Pulp
- 0.5 Passion fruit
- 1 Lemon Wedge
Method
-
Add the first 7 ingredients into a shaker and shake over ice.
- Strain into a highball with ice.
- Garnish with half a passionfruit and a lemon wedge.
