- 50ml BLOOM Raspberry & Rose Gin
- 15ml Raspberry Syrup
- 15ml Lime Juice
- Egg White
- Mint Leaves
To make the raspberry syrup, heat 2/3 cup of water, 2/3 of white sugar and 1 cup of raspberries in a sauce pan. Allow to simmer. Leave to cool and strain.
- Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a glass.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
